The Upstate Automate Early Access Pilot Program ("Program") is a limited offering for select Rochester-area businesses. Participants receive AI automation services at no cost for a 3-month trial period in exchange for feedback and participation in case study/testimonial opportunities.
2. What's Included
Founding members in the pilot program receive:
- • Free initial consultation and workflow analysis
- • Free setup of agreed-upon automations (valued at $2,000+)
- • 3 months of free service and support
- • Priority support during and after the pilot
- • 20% lifetime discount if you continue after the pilot
3. Your Commitments
As a pilot participant, you agree to:
- • Provide honest feedback about our services
- • Be reasonably responsive to communications
- • Participate in a brief interview or provide a testimonial (if satisfied)
- • Allow us to reference your business as a case study (with your approval)
4. After the Pilot
At the end of your 3-month pilot period, you may choose to continue with Upstate Automate at our founding member rate (20% off standard pricing) or discontinue service with no obligation. We'll never auto-charge or lock you into a contract.
5. Limitations
Please understand that:

6. Liability
While we stand behind our work, Upstate Automate is provided "as is" during the pilot period. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid (which, in the pilot, is zero).
7. Confidentiality
We respect your business information. Any data, workflows, or processes you share with us will be kept confidential and used only to provide our services. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties without your consent.
8. Termination
Either party may end participation in the pilot program at any time with written notice. Upon termination, we'll provide you with any documentation or exports you need to transition away.
